Coming Up For Air

25 Sep

If you’ve wondered where I’ve been lately, I’ve been getting ready for an audit at work, and have been swamped with all the required paperwork for that. I’ve also been preparing for a major project (at work, again) that takes place every October. Since atheist chaplains have to pay bills too, I’ve had to give the bulk of my attention and energy to those things in recent days.

Thanks to all of you who have left comments, sent me emails, etc. I should be back soon.

Have you considered turning to atheist televangelism? People could send you “donations” to your “charity” to help not save their “souls.”

I wish I could take credit for the photo. Alas, I found it via Google.

    The third message from heaven…

If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.

I just saw this article and immediately thought of you. Jump on it! Here is a blog post just waiting to happen!

The bottom line? Athiests and Agnostics score the highest on a test of religious knowledge…..
